The WSJ has an in-depth article on salads. I kind of find it hard to believe but they report: “the average American eats a salad at mealtime only about 36 times a year. That’s 20% less often than in 1985, when the average annual frequency was 45.”
Perhaps more interesting, many salad bag companies wash lettuce with water-chlorine bath. Not sure what that is.
The good news: they are working on adding more veggies to the bags in an attempt to draw in more customers.

Here is an interesting recipe for crabs. Since the Chuck Cotton Headquarters are located just outside Baltimore, Maryland, U.S.A., the Chuck Cotton team knows crabs. This area is kind of like the Bubba of crabs.
